I'm also following with interest. I'm abit worried that McCain will snatch it. He has closed in on the opinion polls and Obama is relying on the youth, who might not be patient enough to vote. If Obama takes Ohio it's his, if McCain takes it then it is going to be a nervy night for Democrats. Good start for Obama mind, taking the first two.

There's a few others too, so its a close race, i don't want to see another Bush administration ha ha, because that's what it will be if McCain gets in,
His war on Iraq policy is the exact same as George bush....

Exactly. Ohio is the massive when where it is in the balance, so it's the biggest I think.
The rich will get richer and the poor poorer under McCain, while it will be visa versa under Obama. The economy will work out take a positive turn under Obama, McCain will make it more worse than Bush has. Obama would be a great choice, I hope the Americans can see it. McCain I'm convinced will blow the world up if elected anyway

I find it a bit out of place and somewhat disrespectful for myself to have too much opinion about an election in another country, US or otherwise, but then again the US rule means a LOT to the rest of the world as well, so hard to ignore.

When it comes to domestic politics I have no clue what so ever, and quite honestly, with no offense intended what so ever, don't really care too much either.

When it comes to foreign affairs, the presidential administration means a LOT to everyone. And in that regard, I would be bold enough to claim that the rest of the world will always be a lot better off with a democratic president.

The last thing we need after 8 years of Bush is another 4-8 years with an even worse cowboy.

im personaly wary of obama, he reminds me to much of blair and the situation he got elected in. hes very showbiz and charismatic and thats a worry. douglas adams summed it up perfectly why obama shouldnt be president. "on no acount should anyone capable of getting themselves elected ever be allowed to do the job".

I want Obama to get it. He looks cool and has good ideas, whereas McCain looks as if he will die tomorrow, and seems boring.

I know it's not exactly the most political of opinions, but...

drastic change of established systems rarely works. the last thing the world needs is change for the sake of it or because it sounds like the sort of thing that will get you elected, whilst i like some of obamas ideas,he hasnt actualy gave many details like hilary did, this us worrying. id rather a dull man who could run a country than an exciting one who gets elected on showbiz and a silver tounge(which is how hitler got elected) im not saying obamas a fascist but that sort of campaign rarely makes a good president

With under 2 hours to go till the polls close, everyone is eagerly anticipating the results.

Keep yourself tuned in to the points won by each senator on this page:

Well, I'm gonna be up early to find out who is ahead in the polls (Just trying to think if I have IT tomorrow at school to check ).

Remember, due to many spectacular time zones, some areas still have a little under 7 hours of voting left

With danger of sounding morbid, MY main worry isn't that he'll go tomorrow. My main worry is that he won't

Palin would be a disaster too, by all means, but at least a good-looking one

(sorry for the low standard, getting too late I guess)
