liverpool trying to find new investment or a full take over, best news ive heard all season.

they're looking to bring in 3 world class players with a budget of 60million, that will be like bringing 3 aquilani's in, hes not what id class as world class. If he wants to bring in 3 world class players hes going to have to get rid of some of the lesser players to make the budget up to about 90million in my eyes.

Martin Oneil and Ashley Young in - Rafa and N'gog out

Young's 4 years older than N'gog so isn't likely to last as long and Martin O'neill? In my eyes its Mourinho or Rafa - dont rate him so much

Veedub o'neil no thanks pal rather keep rafa than take him...Ngog obviously aint the best but still very young still improvement to come. Mourinho no chance comin to liverpool no funds and no champions league football.

whats wrong with oniell? hes done well with every team hes managed.

i hope the americans sell up, theres been some interest already from the middle east..
theres also a rumour that a bank wants to take over though, i dont think that will be a good move.

ashley young is a winger not a stricker though he will replace riera, n'gog has no confidence and isnt getting any he gets the odd game, rafa should give him a chance along side torres in the starting 11.

i dont like rafa, he will bring these 10/15 million pound players in and their just sat on the bench, then he ends up selling them for half the price he bought them for, robbie keane for example, bought for around 20mil, sold for i think it was 10ish, he needed to play every game, you could see him getting frustrated getting subbed all the time.

mouriniho sounds good actually, didnt think of him. he'll atleast spend the money wisely and set the team up properly.

Robbie keane was bought when benitez didn't want him...you said earlier we need world class players so why purchase Young, what's wrong with o'neil i may be wrong but in my opinion big name quality players would choose to come to a european manager rather then him.

young's a good player and has lots of room for improvement, you cant just buy world class players who are old, you could buy a team of 20 16 year olds, train them for 4 years together as a team so they know excatly how they play, and they would run rings around the older players from there youth

Liverpool have tried to do that under houllier, benitez has bought alot of young players so totally disagree with you there dont win anything with youth.

depends on what you class as youth, average retirement is what 35-40? so you need people around the age of 22-28 who still have a good 5years or more left, e.g messi, rooney.

people like robbie keane, savage, van dar sar, all very well and decent players, but van's hitting 40, will be retireing soon

players come to play for the team not the manager.

arsene wenger is very good at bringing young players in and getting them into the first team, he gives them a good chance by leaving them in the team, rafa doesnt, he gives them one game, if they dont impress they get dropped to the reserves.

juventus and real madrid are interested in benitez, so it says on sky sports news. Get him out. lol

What youth player or shall i say young players are good enough to play reguraly... I can't think of any in are squad who would replace the regulars now looking forward to see how pacheco comes along but he cant just be thrown into the first... Hope benitez stays rather than your wishful hope of getting o'neill no thanks villa.

i can think of plenty, there ages not too sure on, either way liverpool will still fail, its the players poor intrest in palying atm. they have no chance to win anything only pride, that's whats keeping them playing.

Back to an old old saying, liverpool cant play without torres n gerrard, proved this season!

as i said i cant name them as i really have no time to google them and check ages, look at the U21's world teams, im sure you'll see plenty in there young and bagged with skills, tricks, pace and class.
After all its where most of them came from to reach the prem!

He is a good manager you dont win champions league and 2 spanish titles with valencia without being a good manager...Just dont think his style of football suits the premiership.
