My prob is i cant skip meals wish i could but my medical complaint means i cant so i eat my 3 meals a day but just wondering whether im not doin it right got to go see the quack soon will ask her what my recomended weight is for my height etc and see what she recomends.

I know i used to have this thing where i didnt care what i ate when i ate it but the other week was getting ready to go out an my jeans were very tight so i then thought oh crap i need to lose sum weight im not gonna go mad or owt like that but need to lose a couple of stone.
