Yes that was hun i know i got 4 days to go then im gonna do the dreaded weigh in lol i sorta feel different but dont think i look any different.

I have been excersising for 3 weeks solid had no chocolate i got choccy cravings well bad lol.

Its usually a good few weeks before you do SEE the diff tho hun.

I made my bro try a slim fast one and he said they were yuk lol.

Went shopping sat and bf bought some mini scotch eggs and lil sausage rolls the scotch eggs just one was 35 cals and sausage rolls one was 65 calories omg i was so shocked i never realised how many calories were in things.

Now i find myself looking at the smallest of things even what i drink.

Im on diet coke and water, water is so not good for my bladder lol good for my body tho lol.
