Man Utd fan stabbed already..... UEFA once again proving their idiocy in choosing a venue.

Why not just have it in a 'neutral' country. May as well as shoved the poor bleeders in Istanbul with all the other racist ultralists who's only true participation in the game is to cause chaos and mayhem.

Obviously I'm jumping to a total conclusion over who's carried out the stabbing as there is no 'confirmed' reports of who's carried out the attacks. Just sickens me that they choose to send the venue to a known hot spot of gang football violence..... <EOR>

Anyway, good luck Man Utd. It's a dream final for any fan of football.

Where was the UEFA Cup final? :|

Hence why I bolded it. lol

Was just picking up on the violence part and picking two venues which in recent years have had bad publicity.

Wouldn't say easy, although it's not the hardest. Alkmaar are the Dutch champions. Standard Liege nearly knocked Liverpool out of the qualifying stages last year, it took Liverpool extra time to win.

I'd guess with the exception of Wolfsburg, Liege would have been one of the best teams in pot 4.

What I don't understand with this is how on earth Rangers got to be second seeds?! Apparently it goes by how well the nation has done in previous years...ehhh when was the last time a Scottish team made the quarter finals?!

I'm not sure but I think because Celtic made the UEFA cup final a few years back and we made the final 2 seasons ago, then that counts towards it as well. Also, if you think the second seeds are teams 9-16 and that both Rangers and Celtic have been in the last 16 before then i think it works out well. Bit lucky with some teams losing but its all good Reckon we might qualify, we're underestimated
