Things have got well confusing
All these players dropping out, players being switched around and all that...
I suggest this season to act as a practice season
Next season (hopefully to start in the next few weeks I think), get some proper rules layed down regarding substitutes, and players getting banned/deleting.
Also things like players leaving clans for other clans, needs to be some kind of transfer fee thing going on and all that jazz (With transfer windows ofcourse)

This is a pretty serious clan event, and alot of work from a fair few people is going in to get it running well, so players need to take it seriously methinks

Suggestions:

-As there are at most 12 players per clan, and subs can be used, players can not be replaced until 'transfer window' opens?

-No clans joining mid season, always annoying

-Create a thread on here solely for results to be posted on (to make it easier for site admin to upload the results and calculate the tables) Any other posts on that thread to be ignored

-Might create a 'Clan event queries' section for the site? Where people who are unsure of any rules or whatever, someone from the league can answer questions simply.

-Clan pages (On the clan website). Could be an individual page for each clan, which will display recent events/news regarding that clan. (Any suggestions on adapting that?

-Captains to send out messages regurlarly to players about updates etc (persuade to keep track!)

Duno quite where am ment to submit this while im in process of tryin to sort it out still, still got a few players to update as they get back to us thou. (Will be for next season when 12 people clans come in)

Got another idea:

-To do with fixture generating. The runners of this league will obviously sort out what clan plays what clan and when.. But if we were to give control of player 'numbers' to the captains, they can update player numbers whenever they want. This means if a player is playing badly at the time, the captain can move them down in hope to get them drawn against a better suited player.

Then this means weekly fixtures will be generated depending what number... Just a thought because it's something I think I could quite easily code

I will open the website in a few days (not officially) but for clans to add their clans to a sort of waiting list.

This way a list of new clans to join can be put somewhere other than the waiting list thread

Arcadian please can you advise when you want to play our match. I have messaged and want to know when you can make it. I am on most nights from about 11.00pm to 01.00am. I am away Thursday and Friday night this week so if we could sort it out before then if possible.
