it has been mentioned that a few people would prefer a different way of dealing with banned users.
The general consensus is that instead of banning their replacement for the next game maybe the team should suffer a ten point deduction instead.

As it stands Blockheads lead Ultimate Alliance 10-0 for this reason.

Would people prefer this way where the opposition get a 10-0 win or to give the replacement the chance to play and try and get back the ten deducted points.

A 10 point deduction without a doubt! If you enter a clan you enter it with a responsibility witch that includes helping your teams mates and not letting them down. So by getting banned you have let your team down badly, and your team have to face the consequences of a 10 point deduction. Keep it how it is mike.

It becomes a 10-0 defeat if not played and next game becomes a 10-0 defeat then can be replaced.

OR

The team are deducted 10 points but the replacement joins straight away and can play any outstanding fixtures

That way there is still a punishment but no advantage to any particular team aswell. Remember this clan is based on points. not 3 points for win ect. So i think this will work a lot better.
