plimsoles, trainers, slippers
foot houses for the toes
clogs, boots, flip flops
oh my wonky toes give me the woes
socks, snake skin, loafers
curved toes, edged toes
high heels, doc martins, wellies
so mishapen they are each others foes
tap, running, football boots
were my shoes too tight when i ran?
clown, slimbacks, sneakers
my mum blames my gran

Oh no ! This can't be true
I must write poems quicker
Write a poem is on page two
I must make my poems slicker
Page two seems a long way down
I know it's not much of a partition
And when it's there I wear a frown
Come Poolers join my petition
When it gets pushed off page one
I know I shouldn't, but I get the hump
And I always end up feeling glum
So here's a short poem to give it a bump !
