A Poem is hard to do, about an umbrella
Even from me, a fella called Stella
But not only one subject, she wants from me
She wants another one, about a friggin twee
Now these two objects, do the same thing
When its wet,they give shelter when its raining
An umbrella is held, in a hand with a glove
A twee offers shelter, from leaves high above
An umbrella folds away neatly, just after use
A Twee stays outside, taking weather abuse
An Umbrella can be used, as a walking stick
A Twee can be used, as a hiding place trick
An Umbrella is unlucky, to unfold indoors
Try taking a twee in, it'll knacker ya floors
But the ultimate aim, and you may well ask me why
The reason is obvious, they both keep us dry

i cant write poems cos im crap
its all goggledy goop and pap
i try my best at words that rhyme
but they dont seem to make it in time
so ill refrain from a ditty
and leave it to pam ayres
im not a poetic britty
and i dont wear flares
ill listen to me vibes
and maybe influence will come
so dont make any jibes

nowt comes to mind
so ill give it up
