Somebody on Twitter who goes by the name of Fourth Official has tweeted that Carlos Cuellar has agreed terms with Rangers.
This guy has been spot on with all his other tweets, including the takeover deal and more recently tweeted that Davis had signed a new contract before it broke in the news.

Bursaspor reject Rangers bid of £300k for Miller. Cardiff City offer of 800k accepted and Miller on way to Cardiff for talks.
Cuellar rejects offer of £15k per week.
What on earth is Craig Whyte playing at?
Step up and pay!

Lets be honest we sold him for what will be a net profit given the outgoing and incoming transfers of £5.3M we should be able to give him 25k a week given the strength he will add to the defence. We can't bring in the players we need for buttons, and the 300k offer for Miller is a joke, we paid £4M for Jelavic for god sake.

You know what manwee... we heard that Lennon would bring the SPL back to parkhead and the only thing he brought was disrepute... 7 game ban and all in his first season... isn't that a record.
I believe that it'll be 55 and counting after this season and you are so far behind you need snookers!
Rangers - World Record Holders

I like to remind you of the Co-op cup also. Beating Celtic in the final was so much sweeter than anything else.
The Co-op cup is by no means as prestigious as the Scottish cup, but it's the principal of beating Celtic (twice i might add) in a final for silverware.
Wonder what antics Lennon has in store for us this season. Touchline bans...controversial interviews and such.
Where as super Ally, will remain professional, and i strongly doubt he will bring any controversy to the SPL.

Lennon failed in his primary objective last season the SPL trophy... that makes him a failure.... FAIL FAIL!
I already know what Coisty said to him during the scuffle so Lennon's ..... I'll tell you one day rubbish is pointless!

Good news for ICT
Caley Thistle have received a major investment offer from a group of Inverness exiles.
The move comes in response to a move by former chairman and majority share-holder David Sutherland who offered to transfer shares to potential investors.
The SPL club has confirmed yesterday a six figure offer of investment has been made by supporters of the club who live abroad.
It is believed the group has asked for a representative to join the board in exchange for their investment.
Hibernian warned on chant crackdown
Fans were today warned police will deal "robustly" with any sectarian singing as Hibs face up to Celtic in their opening game of the season at Easter Road on Sunday.
Hibs, Celtic and Lothian and Borders Police have issued a joint statement aimed at ensuring the new season gets underway without any of the problems which marred last year.
Sunday will be Celtic's first visit to Edinburgh since their match at Tynecastle, the second last of the season, erupted as Hoops boss Neil Lennon was attacked by a supporter while there was offensive singing from the away end.
The SPL decided not to take action against either club but all parties within Scottish football are determined to stamp out the sort of behaviour which made headlines around the world.
Lennon on his defence
Danny Lennon today urged his St Mirren defenders to tighten up ahead of the SPL kick-off at Dunfermline on Monday.
A Buddies side which included new signings Steven Thompson, Gary Teale and Nigel Hasselbaink went down 3 1 against Second Division Cowdenbeath at Central Park.
Paul McGowan was on target for the visitors, but Lennon said If we defend like that in the SPL we will get seriously hurt.
Brown on Fyvie
ABERDEEN FC boss Craig Brown believes teenage midfielder Fraser Fyvie has the potential to become the best he has ever worked with. Brown called upon top talents like John Collins, Paul Lambert and Barry Ferguson when he was manager of the Scotland national side.
Its high praise indeed that the 71 year old is willing to compare football fledgling Fyvie so favourably against three of Scotlands premier midfielder talents.
