Yes, don't care if Celtic had a reserve team out, they still were better than Celtic on the day. (though it is only friendlies)
Unlucky Motherwell too!
I'd like to see some sort of English/Scottish preseason tournament brought in, would be nice to see a competitive edge on things.
One week to go peeps!

Read on a Rangers group on facebook that there is something in tomorrows Sunday Mail about Craig Whyte giving £15m to McCoist and they're going to try and buy Kyle Bartley instead of loan him.
Edit: Just found a photo

i am not having a dig at your club ( as we arent exactly the biggest spenders ) but surely if 15 million is available there must be players that could be bought now or is it the same old story..... the bigger names dont want to come to scotland?

I wonder if this includes the fee for Cuellar, Miller and Bartley.
I reckon there's plenty of players who want to play for Rangers or Celtic. Just not exactly the stars of Europe.
Gattuso for a return to gers?
It's also rumoured that Novo wants to be back at Rangers, though i say he's had his chance.

Espanyol and Villareal have also made bids for Cuellar, with his agent saying he wants to go home to Spain and that Rangers will not match the wages that they will offer
On the Gattuso thing, there have been a lot of rumours that Gordon Smith has been in Italy over the last few days. Although I suspect it is more to do with Vincenzo Iaquinta - who has also been linked with a move to Rangers.

Well i think he's a brilliant forward, and would be perfect for destroying you lot in September.

being totally honest when he played for us he was gash to say the least and i couldnt wait to get shot of him and i never wanted him in the first place
i would never class him as being brilliant but each to their own
if your honest you will know he is spl standard and thats it , his goalscoring record outside it is not up to much BUT , your team play in the spl so this could be the bargain of the season for rangers
time will tell

Was our top goalscorer last season and he wasn't around for most of it so i'll be happy to see him back in Scotland.

totally agree m8 and as i stated your club plays in the spl ( wish we had a striker capable of 20 plus a season , next season will tell whether we do or not ) but if you are honest miller wont score much in europe

Jelavic was just as deadly as well last season. 16 goals in less than 6 months, considering he was injured for some time

tbh I never really rated Commons before, but he has proved to be an important player for Celtic

Yeah, long gone.
No big deal if Cuellar comes back and Boughy accepts a new deal!
