No tids the phone including the contract for a year is about £500 with 500 minutes and 400 texts a month its not a particularly good phone either- i got it for me missus so im not bothered what its like in 6 months

oh my.... couldnt get through on the customer services nuimber....just kept gettin a busy tone.......anger set in.......rung the sales team......got a different number......it didnt work!

Rang sales back and spoke to some gobby cow. Lost my temper when she refused to help.....(its not her department apparently)........asked to speak to a manager.......refused to transfer me.....told her i know that you work in loughborough so go get me a <curse word> manager now or im gonna come down and kick off. She tells me that i have no PS3 on order from them. I swear at her and tell her to tell the muppet who sold me the phone id be waiting when he finished work. Hung up on me.

Really angry by now so rang customer services off my mobile. got through in thirty seconds......amazing how when the call charge is higher you get through quicker.

Spoke to a really nice woman who sorted it all out, told me its back in stock and she doesnt know why mine hasnt been despatched. Mumbles a bit and....

My PS3 should be here by thursday at the latest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RESULT!

It is indeed a PS3, with a blu ray disc movie and a free game (the game looks crap tho). Only one controller though, need to get another one now :S.

Haven't tested it yet to check it works but that is a mere formality surely......(hopefully)
