Thought it would be a good idea to have a thread where people could post their opinion/reviews of products/companies/websites etc; to help other members decide whether they should use/buy from that company/product.

I bought a phone from www.e2save.com about 6 weeks ago with a free PS3 that would arrive 28 days after purchase. Been about 6 weeks and i still have nothing. They reckon two more weeks! Claim to be out of stock despite the fact everyone else has them.

Id advise people NOT to buy from them. The sales agents are full of it. Lies, lies, lies. Anything to make them as much commission as possible. Couldnt give a toss about the customer.

If my PS3 doesnt arrive in the next two weeks then ill be starting a claim in small claims court vs them and ill keep everybody up to date on that

Anyone else had a really bad or really good experience theyd like to share?

Just be careful on ebay thats all I can say !

ive had great experiences on ebay to be fair. If you only buy off people with plenty of feedback of different people who give you enough information in the ad to know exactly what ya gettin youll be ok

it was the best deal with a free ps3 i could find mate. wish i didnt bother now though :S

my dad got me a contract phone from a company afew years ago and they were doing a simalar deal except there "gift" was a mini moto.

but the mini moto never arrived and my dad tried to take them to a small claims court about it but before the court case the company went bust so obv they couldnt go to court.

always read the small print and T's and C's with these types of companys mate.

i wouldnt get a contract with a smaller company again. I will stick to orange,vodafone,O2 etc in the future mate.

if you see anyone called hetherington1968 then you know your in good hands on e-bay, because that me, im selling a few things if you want to have a look...

All my buys and sells on ebay have been good so far, and i hope to keep it this way too..

Top tip for you all

If it seems 'to good to be true' then it usually is

NOTHING in this life is free, there is always someone somewhere that loses out.
Dont get sucked in by these offers of freebies especially on the net, they can get your info without you even knowing you have given it.

There was a scam like this aledgedly from a mobile phone company some time ago and they promised the 1st 100 replies will get this certain free laptop, when all it was, was an older version of this companies phone, yet the phone company in question never put out this advert or promise.

I doubt you will get anywhere in a small claims court, have you checked the 'small print' i bet somehow there backs are covered.

My question is this, how much is a PS3?
and how much was the phone?......im hoping common sense answers it for you

a ps3 is about £300?
the phone in total costs about £500 but keeps her happy for a years contract with all the minutes and texts she needs to get on with life =D

I WILL get my ps3, its just delayed. As for the small print, i read through it and all it says is they cannot be held responsible for running out of stock. It will be despatched ASAP......if it hasnt turned up by friday ill be calling them again. IF they miss whatever deadline they set after that ill either inform them of their obligations and that they will be receiving a letter from my solicitor. Or ill find out where the office is located and go down and kick off until i get my Ps3. whatever suits my mood at the time.

But this i promise i WILL get my ps3 from them!

You do really have to be careful on the internet and when buying stuff as they may scam you!

They can claim that until the end of time and its a safety clause for them .....and while thats in the small print i doubt you will ever see your PS3..However if you do, then great...keep us informed

sorry not to offend but who in there right mind pays £500 for a phone? even if u get the PS3 its still a £200 phone, you can get 2 new i-phones for that.
And in 6 months time it will not be the 'in phone to have'

I got a new samsung f480 tocco with a free ipod last week.they said 28days to me aswell hope it comes! haha

Through dial a phone it was advertised right next to the e2save advert in the sun lol.
