I know alot of peole that ride mountain bikes out of moto x race season. Am thinking about taking it up but i can't justify to myself to pay that for a bike without an engine.

yes just locate it on your computer when it asks you to browse then once u have done that, host it (as per imageshack page) and follow instructions from the link, my advice is to resize it for message boards (3rd size on the list)

I'm almost insulted tidsy.
BMX's are kids bikes. Fact.
That said, the Mongoose does indeed have a tiny frame, BMX cranks, BMX gearing, slick tyres, no sus and 24" wheels. Err...

Custom Ellsworth Dare I put together for a customer last year was £11,500
Its entirely possible to get that up to around £14k nowadays too, what with Foes forks costing nigh on £2k on their own.
http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=4214
Hell, the bike Honda made was worth a reported £80k, but that was a bit special, gearbox etc.
Not pretty, but effective.

11 and a half K for a push bike is just really too far.
you could get 2 brand new 2008 Honda CRF 450's for that money.

Pfft.
Besides if you can afford it, why not? I know I would.
My Mongoose will soon be upto the £1.5k mark. Somehow.

Custom built Ritual.
My original idea was to build it up then swap the parts onto an NS Suburban frame, but I quite like the Ritual now.
Even if it does have the longest Chainstays known to man.
Still, she's nice and shiny with all my titanium and carbon bits dripping off her, just ignore the odd dent and scratch.
I think the only thing I could replace her with would be a Nicolai, but then I'd spend all day just looking at it, perhaps with the odd stroking session.
