Also Croatia VS France at 28/1 for the final and Portugal Sweden at 60/1. But saying that Germany VS Italy are 8/1


Christiano Ronaldo is 10/1 for top scorer with Torres 9/1.

I havent really got any tips, but I think that spain will win it this year.

Portugal arn't looking too shabby either could be either one of them two who wins it.

I don't think france will or Italy for some reason, Ronaldo and Torres odds for top scorer are pretty good.

I would have a little bet on Torres, but im only 15! lol. My uncle put a bet on for me that Ronaldo would score first and it would be 1-1 at full time in the Champs League Final, put 3 pound on it and got 66 back

I like the Czech Republic at 16s or Turkey at 33s.

Italy at 7s is my pick though.

Think it's a wider competition this year than previous years, even though it includes the World Champions. Think it will likely be between Italy, France and Germany but Spain and Portugal are in with a shout, however probably not the punters choices at the 5/1 and 7/1 odds that the bookies make them I would have thought. Clear gap between them 5 and the chasing pack in my opinion.

EDIT: Changed my mind to France, not to lose a game even in groups. So even including qualifiers they have only lost the two games, can't remember who to though

Spain are like out England team. Good on paper but don't produce the goods. I'd like to see them win it. Ronaldo is destined to be top scorer...

If Ronaldo does very well at the Euros then Player of the world in the bag.

At least England can have a rest this summer.

And hopefully we and do something in the World Cup in 2010.

I have placed a bet on these:

£5 - romania to get knocked out in the quarters at 7/1 - £40 return
France seem to be in a transition period and romania beat holland 1-0 and drew with them 0-0 in quali.

£5 - Portugal 1st and Czech Rep 2nd in the group at 4/1 - £25 return

£5 - Spain 1st and Russia 2nd in the group at 5/1 - £30 return

£10 - All three to come in at 240/1 - £2400 return

I think they are reasonable and I always bet with my lowest possible win to cover the cost but only bet on what you can afford to waste!!!! I think Germany are going to win it but the odds are not worth the gamble. As for the top goalscorer I reckon Toni at 16/1 is best. He is 1st choice again, was the top goal scorer in the uefa cup with 10, he will probably play a lone striker role and Italy are bound to get to the semis being the great tourny team they are.
