no worries about the help mayte and when it comes to setting the network game up im kinda useless myself haha, i think it goes summit like..

click on network when your fm08 cd has finished loading..

then start a new game..

you have to select the leagues..

add the manager..

then save it when it asks you..

then your suppose to go into the game..

select options then game status or summit and log your ip address, then give it to the people you want to join..

FAO the host... You may need to do something called 'Port Forwarding'... To do this go to: http://www.portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/routerindex.htm

Then find your router and follow this instructions given under 'Football Manager 2007'. If you do get a game going and would be willing to give it a try using something called 'Hamachi' then I'd give it a go and would try hosting as well.

Hamachi is something that connects computers in a little network, which I think may be the problem I'm having.

Also, it may be an idea to add all involved on msn so it's easier to communicate.

Oh, on another note, on my first season with Newcastle I finished 6th and won the FA Cup!

football manager online is just greatness, 10 times better than 1 player games, its a completely different way of playing when online and you got to compete with your mates with transfers n tha, totally class

Yep, me and Danny (mr_wheezy) finally got in a game last night, me, him and some other guy, it's class!

We played for about 4 hours, and just got the first game of the season done! Haha... I wont 1-0 agains Man City, Danny lost 2-1 to Everton and the other guy lost 1-0 to Derby!

Oh, and I am Newcastle, Danny is West Ham & the other guy is Spurs.

Next time I'm on MSN at the same time as you I can run through with you something that might be a problem, do you use a router as part of your internet connection? If so then I'm pretty sure what the problem is.

And I'd go in that game with you as well! Wouldn't want too many people (Maybe 4-5?) as otherwise it will be hard to get everyone online for it...

yehh man sound, i got a modem ? so dont know if thats any good or not ? will be able to talk better on msn laters mayte i know you will deffo be in it, i think sporting would join too, leaves 1 more possible who is reliable..
