has anyone on here set up a network game that i could join please, because i cant find any anywhere man

Would love to get into one as well, but I can't get mine online I've tried everything with the port-forwarding and all that, but my internet just seems to hate the idea of me having fun on there!

I would also love to have a crack at playing it online, don't have a clue what to do mind, but I'll join any league if someone decides to set one up after seeing this thread. (If it is that easy and safe, of course)

if anyone started up an online game then we would all have to start new basically and build sides up slowly, i think we would have to start at the same time too aint sure lol, someones got to have one set up surely lol, and mike my qpr side would slaugher your forest side, up front i got ashton & ebanks blake man, you got no chance lol

i tried to get the update too, but when the page opens after clicking updates, it just says there are updates available but your unable to download them for some reason =S which is stupid

Yeah I think so, I'm not sure if it will be implemented into a game that you already have going though. But as soon as you start a game you have the choice of which database to use, and you just select the 8.0.2. one

There aren't a great deal of game play changes, not that I've noticed anyway. Just players at their new clubs, different transfer budgets (I'm sure before the patch Newcastle started with £7 million or something, I just started a game now and got £39 million for saying I'm aiming for a top-half finish!

When I download the update or the bitorrent I always get the message, "Windows cannot open the file as it does not know what created it, windows can look this up on the internet or you can select from a list of program's".

This is so frustrating, can anyone help?

what patch did you download ? because i downloaded both patches that were list under the fm08 title, one is for mac and other for pc, when they finished downloading only the pc version was accessible, i dont think the mac patch works, so download the pc patch if you havent already

How's people's seasons going then? Started with Newcastle earlier, won 3 of first 4 game,s beating Man Utd 3-1!

Went a bit down hill after, got knocked out of League Cup in 3rd round by Boro, but still sitting in 7th

started as wolves earlier, sold a lot of the old players like breen, craddock, gray and that, brought in few young players on loan from prem teams, im stil playing pre-season friendlies, played 3, won 2 drawn 1 so good so far, ebanks and eastwood are on fire

would anyone here be up for a network game ? would mean they have to be on here regular though or else it wouldnt work, im going to try and create a network game lil laterz and will let you all know,

need 2 reliable players okies, me and niknax are already up for it if we can get it to work

tried creating one, just wasnt happening, kept gettin a lil box with "error not cnt connect to server" so unless anyone else wants to give it ago, if someone creates, all they got to do to add people is give them the ip addy, then they enter the network game
