Is anyone interested in taking part in a friendly team event along the lines of golf's Ryder/Presidents Cup to decide whether youth or experience prevails on Funkypool? I am looking for players to form two teams - Youngsters (under 30's) v Masters (over 30's) - although this split could change depending on interest levels.
If you are interested please post below including your age if its not shown or not correct on your profile (an approximate age will do for any of you shy retiring ladies (or gents even) out there ). Games will be short and in all types and all players will contribute equally to the team effort.
Please only join if you do play, and can commit to playing, regularly between the core hours of 6 pm to 1 am UK time. This is because games will have tight deadlines and if you don't comply then at best you will share and at worst you will forfeit your game thereby letting down your teammates.

If this event starts - it will end up with a winner - even if its based on forfeited results because no one can be bothered playing. Myself and one person from the opposite team will decide the results of any unplayed games. The anticipated time scale is no more than 5 weeks from start to finish.

Also under 30, will play as a last resort if you guys are getting destroyed. But I doubt that as 9 of the top 10 overall ranks are under 30.

They might not all want to play though - and anyway the short game format should hopefully even it all up (The Ryder Cup has also shown that the best players dont always win )
The age limits might also change depending on who wants to play (ie under/over 25's) - Just a bit of fun anyway at the end of the day
