seems he'll miss euro 2008 as well- looked a bad 'un

Horrible injury. He'll be back though. A broken leg isn't really a career threatening injury, especially at such a young age.
Wenger's comments made me laugh. Bad tackle, but there seemed to be little (if any) malicious intent. To say Taylor should be banned for life is rediculous. Maybe Wenger should take another look at Eboue booting Nani, or Gallas' cheap swipe.

What is certain is that today was an action-packed day in the life of the Premiership. The Arsenal game, Solano's goal, sending off in Liverpool vs Middlesboro, United getting 5... Even Derby setting a record in their own low performance. Should be a good MOTD...
AND WILKINSON HAS MISSED TWO KICKS IN A ROW AGAINST THE FRENCH, should be an exciting finish... France 10 England 13 after 58 mins.

England kicked true in the end!
Shame when any sports person suffers an injury. Wenger'c comment doesn't surprise me, typical from him, or many other managers in the premiership!

The images shown on MOTD were the single most disturbing things ive ever seen on a football pitch (besides Marc Vivien Foe...).
I really feel sorry for him... i believe his career is over...
If you have not seen the pics on MOTD... do not say he will be back. His ankle was hanging off the bone that was still in his leg... the other pierced the skin... All players and the first physio there were/was disturbed

I saw the video on footietube.com earlier today. It does look awful, but it really isn't a career threatening injury. He will probably be out for 6-12 months.
I studied a lot of anatomy and physiology in my first year of uni, so I've got a pretty good idea how bad that kind of injury is. If it was his knee, he would probably never play again. The docs will patch him up, shove a pin in there, and the bone will heal to pretty much the strength it was before the break. Seriously, it looks worse than it is.

footietube.com? No such "proper" website, just a façade for one, you know the kind.
Have you a link for the individual page with the video?
