HALO 3! (well, if you enjoyed Combat Evolved and Halo 2)

Mass Effect is a great FPS/RPG

Gears of war sounds perfect for you.
Maybe even Halo, but you need to play the 1st ones to get the point of the story.

Otherwise, i can also suggest Saints Row, Farcry, Just Cause or wait for GTA4.

Got halo 3, I think you do have to play all 3 to appreciate the 3rd!

Looked at Saints Row a few times, migt have to pick the first one up and have a look, seems cheap enough now! I'll have a look at the others!

I was thinking about trying to trade PGR 4 and Fifa 08 in for soemthing like that.

I have a xbox 360 and a ps3, and i would have to say the xbox's are much better the graphics are much better also, and as for the online on ps3 i hate the way when you get a message you have to quit to see that message as for the xbox you can see your message while you are playing or browsing the game.

and my brother got a ps3 for Christmas out of Argos and after a week he inserted all his games and they wouldn't work, he tried a few of mine and they wouldn't work so it wernt the games so it had to be the console, we took it back and got a new 1 and its working fine now, then mine done the same as his so i had to take mine back and now mine is working fine :S, any one else experience that? So for me xbox's are much better

When John gets live the next 5 new versions of the xbox will be out.

The new Wembley is on it. They do have international teams. You sure you havn't got Fifa 2000 or something? Commentary is always up to time on mine, and it's not really that repetetive, especially compared to the previous games. I love it, on Live and just in manager mode. Fifa 08 and Call of Duty 4 are the only games I play on it...

My mate has now shown me how to actually use it!

Although it's still not my type of game so have given to him! He's leant me Call of Duty 3, Mass Effect and Table Tennis!


Is Xbox live working for everyone? I've just signed up for my free 1 month trial and it now won't let me sign in. It says on the connection test that my ICMP has failed the test, although that was on the 3rd time of trying, it did just say that it wouldn't sign in........ suggestions!


And Dave, I'm now really into PGR 4! Amazing game!

Call of Duty 4 is brilliant on live, if only the Americans on there would stop being so...well....errrmm..... stupid..... Some people take it way too seriously!

John, i bet when you make a room you can't seem to start the game because, you click the A button then you need to wait for the countdown to happen!
