PS3s do break. Just not from the same problems.
You're right they don't heat up as quick, but if you take care of an xbox there'll be no problems with this.




I've never used my PS3's blu-ray function, it's an unnecessary feature in my opinion.

blu ray is the future though... seeing as it will replace DVD in a few years.

your right rogan i pretty much ment they are not prone to fault compared to the x-box.

yeah i agree there, blu-ray is not allways needed as dvd is still strong in market sales.

but i give it 10-20 years and blu-ray will take over 100%.

It's not even gonna take that long. I give it 5 years and Blu-Ray will replace standard DVD's

yes for the time being i would only buy blu-ray if the film was worth watching in HD and more experienced sound.

Both system are great but what I don't like about the 360 is the online community. I is mostly young immature kids. I know I'm kinda young so whatever but on the 360 almost everyone is young because their parents buy the cheaper console. As for blue-ray I only used it when I whatched the video that came free with my PS3. I think there are mabye 20 or so not quite sure but the do look absolutely amazing. So would HD DVD but its whatever one lasts and whatever one you can by moviesfor in the future. Most of the videos I watch are from movie sites like mininova. Also the PS3 you can download music and videos for free onto you PS3 from the internet browser. The 360 can't do that can it?

I've actually bought a portable DVD player off of Bid TV and it broke with in a week, not bad for £29 I suppose :P
