Looking for feedback on a suggestion i have for what i think would be a nice mod. What about having a set of yearly stats that start on 1st of Jan to the end of year. New players are never going to be top of overall stats or stats for each game type but they have an equal playing field with quick_pot and cityfan84 at the start of the year. They can win most tournies, have most run outs, gb's etc for the year. Any new players or old ones would all have something to go for, they wouldnt look at all leaderboards and think i will never get on that. Your thoughts please.

I would also like to see 6 month, 3 month and even monthly leader boards because not everybody joins at the start of the year and everyone has a good streak at some stage so they may be able to be the monthly champion!

One of the best ideas ive heard in a while, so hard for someone to join now say.....how are they ever going to get 40+ us8 runouts?? regardless of how good they are, it takes time, very good idea.

i think that was chris (hoof_hearted) who made that thread i just linked which is a pretty similar idea.

i think it would be one of the best possible additions they could make- (bar doubles)

I think this is a good idea to have a seperate yearly leader board .

maybe a seperate league as suggested would be the better idea, then all you top fella's would give us low rankers a go at the top. This would work for tourn wins becuase quick_pots rank 500+ will take some beating.

Maybe a quater rank every 4 months or so!!!!

a quarter yearly ranking is 3 months crazzy.

still, I like the idea as it does give the newbies a go at getting somewhere and achieving something other than a few tournament wins if they are really good

The best idea I have seen on here.
The reason why its so good is because everyone has a chance of getting onto the leaderboard on something.
But it meens so many more leaderboards, 8, 9 and 8BALL UK leaderboards for everything ie golden breaks etc. and also the overall leaderboard. Twice as many as there is today!

I like this but i think there should be a yearly one and also the overall one, anyone else agree?
