or as someone may have mentioned above (i think it might have been spinner) but having the option to hibernate accounts yourself.
There would be some problems with that I see with people just putting accounts into hibernation overnight but if you put a 10 day block from ranked games (only) then it may solve a few problems.
I have just come back from a week holiday and if I could use hibernation for 10 days (I was only away for 7 or 8) to avoid losing points, I would have used it!

sorry ghost, i disagree with you there. I feel that lewis has a great idea of Hibernation. If a player is inactive for 12 months or more, they still have their account but maybe they would have to re activate it.

sorry ghost, i disagree with you there. I feel that lewis has a great idea of Hibernation. If a player is inactive for 12 months or more, they still have their account but maybe they would have to re activate it.

If, or perhaps when, the removal of old accounts is introduced, dont worry, i'm confident the option to "park" your account will be included.
Profile content is also important. Theres a huge difference between removing an account with only 10 games played that hasn't been used since a few days after it was created, and one like squeezy's if he were to be inactive for some reason.
I'm often inactive for many reasons, main one i'm tired and sleeping
