Actually the oldest form was called Tsu Chu. Anyway my favourite Tsu Chu team is Dagenham & Redbridge. Tsu Chu rules NFL has about as much contact as netball, is as fast paced as golf and each team has more players than an army. Wonder why it has never caught on over here. ARF is a mans game.

Are they allowed to tackle in the air and over the shoulders? If so that's not being hard, that being ridiculous! Rugby is much tougher than that, watch and learn.....

so is what i say yet again! This happens in rugby, just a load of overpaid pretty boys in helmets in the NFL. No couliflower ears or broken noses in that pansies game!

That's cause your a women, like them?

*Runs*

EDIT: Half the tackles in that video are illegal so aren't really a true representation of the game. I tried to get a rugby video that showed some of the strife a player went through.

Some of those tackles are hard, but it's ok cause the padding will save them.......

One thing to say, least all those blows on the video where softened buy the shoulder pads, helmets etc.

i see it both ways.

rugby players cant possibly hit as hard as nfl players because of all the padding. if rugby players hit as hard as that, both tackler and the tackled will be in hospital for 6 months.

that is the same as the nfl. no padding, hit that hard, ur gone!

but the thing that i hate about NFL is that it is so S-L-O-W

these '15 minute quarters' seem to go on forever.

Also, each play only lasts 10 seconds max, till someone is touched or runs off the pitch so they gotta start again, can be annoying to watch.

I Once watch the superbowl and feel asleep after 20 minutes due to the time it was on and how boring it was, might have something to do with me not knowing the rules too lmao :)

Nothing is as boring as watching golf though!!!

He is right. I have played rugby all my life and during eight years i received my worst injury playing tag rugby. I caught the ball and some how broke my hand.

Just wondering if anyone out there has every been injured playing funkypool, wrist, finger strain, etc.

HAHA!

Couple of sports injuries I recieved; broken nose when playing football, took one in the face. Hurt my rib and knee when I was tackled by 3 forwards (was only 14) during a school match (rugby). My eye once popped out when I was playing British Bulldog too, great tackle form my mate made my eye spill and bounce across the floor. Never seen so many grown rugby lads run into toilets before, big girls!
