the aussie idea is a good one.. and im not putting one before another but talk to anyone that plays bumper pool(probably not many people) but its a serious game type as well. it may look a bit arcadey but it takes a bit of skill, but go on with the aussie pool thing i was just taking a momment to bring back some past ideas that may have been forgotten.

If mini golf is to easy how come your course score is only 15

dont play it often enough...never played it on a regular basis...

but if it was easy u would have 10 on he amount of games you have played

I still stand by my original point... you can pull it to shreds all you like but I think we have enough variations of pool that are pretty similar as it is... the development of the site should be focused more on the diversity of game types rather than diversity of versions.

It is a diversity of game types. Like I said and anyone here from overseas (not in Australia) who has come over here, been to a pub and had a game of pool will tell you; yes, they have simeler rules, yet when you play it, its not like US pool or UK pool or the type of pool where I come from.

What other pool game are you going to bring in?

There is 2 options. Keep on having fancy shmancy games that mean nothing with no tournaments meaning that one game type gets a tournament every 3 hours OR you can adopt a pool game from a different country (like Australian Pool) and then the pros have to work their way up the ladder again, there is more varyation to the tournaments and it means something (tournament wnins, golden breaks, run outs)

And make it a different colour table (I suggest Maroon), make the balls slightly bigger than the US balls yet still smaller than the UK balls. Maybe even create this game so it has the 'real life phisics' like everyone wants

sorry, but I think that you are wrong, we can make this game different.

i reckon a large majority of people who use this site would rather have killer pool than this game.
it is a diversity of game type whatever you may think and you pointed this out in one of your first posts.
you contradict yourself time and time again trying to think up something great for the site and i think youll find that when you have an idea, and you let other people point out the pros and cons without taking it personally and sending them offline messages, that your idea may come into fruition
i dont see how the things you suggested above, eg/ maroon table and slightly bigger balls can be considered anything but a variation of the current games with a couple of rules tweaked.

Yes you are right, it is a different game varryation with a few rules tweaked (if you make it 'funky') but yes, if you play the game by our normal rules, it is only 2 or 3 rules tweaked but according to some other people none of the other current games follow their rules...
