I always apologise if I do a golden break and would rather have that game replayed as it was a flukey shot that wasn't intended.

With a run out I'd rather have their loss added onto my winning points cuz they're a lot harder to do and dont happen very often.

i agree with that comment because it is alot harder to perform a run out.i also think that if you defeat your opponent without them playing any shots then they should not get rank points deducted as they could not do any thing to stop yooh from performing a runout.

they should. and not only get deducted they should aplaud the shot. or effort of the other player. its only fair

In real life according to current Black Ball Tournament rules if a player makes a run-out, or a "dish" as it's known, the other player has a chance to do the same... Therefore the player doesn't actually lose like this... This was introduced this year so any of you who play will know what I'm talking about

Maybe Funkypool could keep up to date with the rule book as it does vary a little from time to time

Well a golden break doesn't normally count, it's usually a re-rack but for funkypool I'm sure it could be arranged... I think a run-out should be enough to match the golden break
