1. Earlier on in this thread, a league was successfully played out. Now we're onto Part 2, or Season 2. You don't cap things like that, that would be just stupid.
2. Why would it be capped when it's going somewhere? Two more people have just joined!

I think we're just about ready to go... I'll have one last look at it tonight and then do the draw I think, and I might leave room for New Year latecomers.

Okay... Draw time is nearly upon us, and the 12 competitors will be drawn into 4 groups of 3. First three names go into Group A, etc.
Latecomers will be accepted, and once they reveal themselves they'll be randomly drawn into Group A, B, C or D as they come up.

I think I'll be putting the top two players in each group through, but I'm not certain... It might have to be one in some cases but we'll wait and see. Try to win every game you play!
