Well if it's an easy shot it dont really bother me, as i was against mike black was right in pocket nothing wrong with saying gg then.


But I hate it when say you have like 2 or 3 balls left and they jus say gg wp a few times in a row. To be honest i think they're trying to spam us or put us off..


One time in a 9 ball tournament he missed the red, and there was 6 balls remaining and he said 3 letters .. gg wp gl

i hate it when people say gg when the game isnt finished it puts you right off. but ow well there is nothin really that can be done so you just have to put up with it

i dont like players saying good game before it game has ended, just shows what bad sportsman they are and use it as a way to put you off

I normally get "all yours" if they miss an easy shot and i still have 4 balls to pot, its kind of annoying because sometimes I screw up

The GG thing has always jinxed it for me.

While we're on our soapboxes can I say also that not every single game is a 'gg', sometimes they are bad

it doesn't matter how bad the game is in my opinion its good sportsmanship to say it anyway

i was just in us8 and lost to a mod. after potting 1 ball then having 1 left and the black he said gg wp. yes i missed and i do find it very off putting. it aint gg untill the last ball is potted. also its about having respect for players.

so yes i find it very off putting and sorta rude.

it is bad sportsmanship, but dont know how it can put you off, its only txt, not as if you can hear the person say it when you are taking your shot. Just and excuse for missing if the person said gg you can use that as the excuse for a poor shot

The effect isn't that you get disturbed like you would if someone talked to you while taking the shot... The problem is if/when you notice it during your shot preparations - at which point it distracts your focus and in some cases increases the feeling of pressure

Obviously not against any rules, and most people will probably cope with it just fine, but it's still a pathetic display of bad sportsmanship imo
