What happens if two players have the same number of wins? What tie-breakers are used?

If 2 players have the same number of points, it goes onto frame difference.
If frame difference is the same, it is based on the result of the game in which those 2 played.
i.e - Sm_rat (4 points, FD +1)
Clooneman (4 points, FD +1)
Clooneman would go through as the head to head result was 3-1 to clooney.
If the result was a limit between them, then I play a game of rock paper scissors with my brother......
Just joking, if the result was a Limit, then the person withn the highest maximum rank will win.
Exact opposite for relegations...
