I thought free agents could be signed at any time too. Obviously not..
1.5 Free agents
A free agent is any player not registered to a clan. Captains may sign free agents at any time. Free agents will not be allowed to go to a clan after the mid-season transfer window.

stupid rule really what if a few players deactivated for some reason at the last window with a hour or so to spare and you couldn't get players in time,,,clan might as well fold as there wouldn't be enough to continue,,,me personally thinks there should be another rule for that

The rule points to something else which i explained to Zac in a message. Rule 1.5 applies and is enforced just like the other one is, it should have been worded more and has obviously been missed. Askingfan is not a free agent though.

not just about askingfan though jay,,what if I said above happens and the clan is unable to continue due to that rule ,,we like to encourage players that havnt played for a clan before to come and try it out its not much for there confidence if a new player signs and mid way through the clan folds due to not having enough players to continue ah well anyways,,and I know its a catch 22 were players can come and go anytime so I know were your coming from there jay

Yeah page 50 I saw that, pre season started 7th july 2013.
So I'm very confused lmao.

I don't like to generally admit im confused but I really am over this.
its because of the wording, one part says you can sign free agents at any time and the other means you cannot sign anyone once transfer week is over.
