OMG! i have the worlds worst hang over in the world today! Although its self inflicted i didnt bank on babysitting my one month old godson for three hours today!!! and its bad cos i drank far toooo much vodka last night and the port stil hasn't decided which way its coming out!!! anyone have any ideas on how to get thru this!! please help me! i have work in 4 hrs aswell!!!1 grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Mr_cue I suggest you down a glass of water with a couple teaspoons salt and then come back to me.

What it does is empty the reminants of your stomach! And that will have no bearing on the hangover, alcohols already long into the blood stream.

So no snide remarks without understanding the situation please!

I have just tested my theory. And it works a treat!

Nah it doesn't magicblack.... Adding salt and sugar to water helps replace the sodium and glycogen lost the night before, and will not make you vomit ect.

Maybe i should of stated 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 or 2 suger
