i was thinking, following my silly thread the other day aboutgolden breaks that i should redeem myself!
What about a announcment for 7 ballings, not just any announcment, but one naming and shaming the person who has been 7 balled
e.g
ANNOUNCMENT: deadend just 7 balled bash!
(sorry bash)

Well, I would doubt that the victim who got 7 balled would want to be "named and shamed". Alot of people wouldn't want to be announced over the game that they got 7 balled, certainly newby's wouldn't want that.

It's also often not your fault. Sometimes the balls just don't run for you, or your opponent finishes their go with snookers, so being 'named and shamed' would be unfair

I would think that all the professionals would back this up as they get 7 ballings day in, day out, but looking at it at a realistic point of view it isn't fair as hothead_bon said.

I think this was denied as there would be too many ANNOUNCEMENTS with the amount on 7 ballings that happen.

I dont back the idea up, as said above, there would be too many announcements, it's often not the other player's fault and also I'd think that most people dont care if someone in another game has done a 7 balling.

I also think that golden breaks shouldn't be announced as they can be a complete fluke. I am also quite ashamed of myself when I do them and would rather not broadcast the fact to the whole site when it happens.
