the output jack has came loose and won't stay tightened does anyone know how to fix it?

Open the back of the amp and you'll be able to grip both sides and tighten it by hand.

Wait, your talking about on the guitar itself.. its normally held on by two screws, take them off and you should be able to tighten it handy enough?

You can pick up some thread lock (really cheap, just 50p or so) from a garage or DIY store to help lock it in place.
If you move about a lot while playing, a cable clip is a good idea to take the strain off the jack socket.
