Seen it on Funkysnooker, but think it's that great i'll post it here.

Wouldn't it be good if you could play doubles (like you do down the pub) with your friends, or any other random person!? Don't know if this could be coded, but i think it would be a great addition, and would be another funky thing in funkypool!

yeah it sounds like a real good idea, i have a strong feeling no one will want to be my partner!

i think a problem that came up on snooker was how to treat these games in regards to ranking. would they be included in your normal rank, would there be a special doubles rank?? etc.

Well, I would like to see this feature brought in, but it seems to me that it will need alot of thinking and organisation to create it.

hat if doubles matches were kept as a friendly-only option. Then there would be no worries about rankings, and I think it would suit the game better - I wouldn't think of doubles matches as particularly competitive

Yes I agree. I think having that on premium, is the difference betweem users buying premium and not buying. It's the one that will get Nick the money

Ranking is a tricky one. Obviously you cant have it affecting the singles ranks, since that would be unfair in many ways.

Having a ranking for pairings who had played more than, say, 25 games would be fun and would encourage regular tems to play.

I wouldn't be bothered about the rank. I think keeping it as a friendly option would be better, but that's just my opinion.

Yeh, like an official team, i think official leagues are in premium, so it could work out well.

Well just in case you ahven't noticed, you can now play a game with up to 3 other players, so the wheels are in motion on this

tis tis 1_eye i taught this was a family site,i mean stealing come on its not like u at all but yes doubles is a good idea i'd be so up for that.
