it' starting to annoy me now, i keep getting logged of losing stupid amounts of point's i have contacted admin team and got a reply, i did what it said and its still happening.

i need serious help now, i wouldnt mind but it always seems to happen when i join a game, if im in the chat rooms nothing happens but when i join a game that when i mainly get logged off!

whilst your browsing nick, can you help me on this problem please?... i sent a mail to contact us and got feed back, i did what it said and it is still happening constantly.

i have lost numerou anounts of game, point's and tournaments cause of this problem!

just happened again... lost silly amounts of points!!

I've just downloaded the log files from the server for the past 7 days and we have no server problems.

I need to add this to the help pages, I think!

If many users are logged out simultaneously, it's a server problem.

If a proportion eg 10% are logged out chances are it's a network related problem eg NTL can't connect to certain sites.

If a single user has been disconnected then it could be
- your connection has gone down
- other programmes are hogging the bandwidth (eg downloaders, music streaming, a virus), maybe throttle the allowed bandwidth for these and check your system for a virus.
- something is temporarily blocking your connection to the game server (the connection is usually a "socket" based connection).

If your connection does go down then the game will attempt to reconnect to the server and re-establish connection upto 8 times (you can see the numbers 1/8 count on the top right).

Occasionally errors occur. These are logged and sent to the server under any possible instance (there's no personally identifiable data sent!). If you use the recommended Java setup reported errors occur less than once every 1000 player hours.

ok nick thanks, i will check my connection, for virus and re-install java.

i'm not the only one who it is happening to though, quick_pot and lucky_lad.. possibly others too

yeah just seen this thread after posting in the other. I'll scan my pc for viruses and spyware right now!
