OK! so its been said before but i couldnt find a thread so here goes...
Ive just been playing a game against a player and i had 1 stripe and black left for run out... i shot at stripe and he left as i sunk it and game was over...
i agree you should be allowed to leave at any point in the game but with 1 or 2 added features:

1. Game should go on until current player has finished their visit.

2. Player who left should lose double points due to stopping a player having an "achievement"

This has been implimented over on snooker, so i suspect its just a matter of time till its introduced here too.

As Nick said over there, closing the game is a much more drastic action, and there will be a delay untill you can log in again in most cases.

The ideal situation will be for the game to remain active until the person playing ends thier turn. I'm sure this will be next on the list.
