In the recent tourny i played i played a person ( i wont name names ) but he constantly and quite frankly obviously timewasted every shot to go down to 1sec without fai to purposely send me out. It was 1-0 to me and he timewasted with only 2.30mins on clock he luckliy managed to get it back to 1-1 and so carried on being slow. With about 30secs left i decided to whack the pack and i unluckily fouled the black i only did this cos the guy was taking ages and the game needed finished so he goes through basically in default.

I know this was a big problem in snooker and i wouldn't expect it much in pool but can anything be done about it .

I've informed a mod about it too.

Ste pm'ed me and asked me if i could tell the user to take his shots quicker i said theres nothing i can do about it because as far as i no they are allowed to use up the 20 seconds per shot because thats what it's there for i no it's a pain when someone is taking ages on purpose but it's something you have to put up with.

I've been PM'd about similar things, and quick_pot is right, since they are breaking no rules, nothing can be done.

One option would be to remove the time limit on tourney games.

Most of the time this would make little difference, since most games are finished within the time, and quite apercentage that got to time do so for the reason you state.

It would certainly eliminate time wasting.

i thinkits to do with there pc speed i was 1-0 up and waiting for a guy to take his shot it went down to 0 for 4 seconds then he took his shot but we only had a minute to finish the game so i went out and he did

yea sometimes this is to do with lag just like how a player can not respond but come back 40 seconds later and his shot been taken

i like that idea spinner about having no tournament times in tournaments or else just make tournaments a bit longer like 10 minutes more
