dunno if this has been mentioned but wondering what you think to having option to mute all chat during ranked game or tournament.

i have noticed there has become alot of sore loosers who love to spam when you just about to seal the game and a think it is becoming abit annoying.
also another thing some people like there mates to spectate whilst they are playing this can be very distracting trying to follow a convo of about 4people and also concentrate on your game. also very irritating
also some one might post saying wwell just ignore them easier said then done if your ignore list is full.
so maybe in the future could have this form of feature.

if it bothers you, dont read it. simple as.

very hard not to when you got green lines working there way up in the chat dialog box at some speed ...

put everyone on ignore for the duration of the game

I dont think you should be able to mute the chat as it is unfair on the opponant not having the choice whether to talk to you or not.

Totaly disagree with you if you do not wish to read what people are saying in a game why should you ? unfair on you opponant how is it ? all you need to say in a game really is good luck and good game the ocassional nice shot if that is the case you could always unmute the chat in order to say them.
and how would you know if they have not already muted the chat?

Maybe you could ask whoever ur playing NOT to invite spectators? i dunno, u know am crap at the game anyway so i hardly play hehe. But yeah, i spose if u want to play and not talk this would annoy you.

it doesn't bother me if people talk loads and chat to each other and try to put me off. I just ignore it and concentrate on the game coz chances are my opponent is distracted and will make an unforced error.

Removed the bickering, and left the relevant sections. That was unlike you two, what was all that about?

Until the option of ignoring a rooms chat becomes available, if it ever does, you can always drop the pool table
down the screen a little so the text box disappears.

yeah i agree about it looking sloppy also like to aploigise to you for the sly remarks and comments. guess people just drift apart really. i was also tired and stroppy and having a moaning miss's doesnt help matters guess i just needed to blow off some steam and unfortunitly it was you who got it.back to the subject.
martin for some reason when i do drop the window down to hide the text the table goes really small. can be very difficult to play alot of shots.

if dropping the window down doesn't work as effective then you could always go on options and click small font and hopefully that will help you to be less distracted.
