I'd like to conduct a little poll of funkypool members as to their age.

On a number of occasions recently I have been labelled as "sad" by various people, usually ones whom I have beaten. They seem to think that funkypool is the domain of younger people, and that people of my age should have better things to do.

What do people think?

well im 16 and i dont care wat age other people are to be honest. aslong as they dont act like donkeys

I think your age is fine mate, your a great guy and all so it doesn't matter.

There are more younger users and it seems to be the norm, anything apart from the norm isn't accepted by them.

But I don't mind

I just get wound up by the small-mindedness of some people.

Over on snooker I played a man who was apparently over 80, and we spoke about the war and stuff, I dont know whether he was that old but I dont see a problem if he was.

Hi Jedbarker. I think that it doesnt matter what age you are to play online games, as long as you enjoy it, it doesnt matter. Some people will pm me and say "asl", so when i reply saying 12/m/uk they just close the window. I think they should just chat, doesnt matter what age you are.

i dont agree with people under 2 months or over 135 years old playing but thats bout it ,its a pool game obviously for all ages,you will always get people who get annoyed when they get beaten so they will try anything to put the person down which obiously makes them the angry or sad one .to be enjoyed by all ages like any game or computer game.tis all about fun.

doesn't matter wat age you are but some people will feel threatened because of all the sick people on the net (not saying any1 on here is cause i'm sure there isn't)and i'm sure ur not jed

i know i've played some1 really old as well but i think they just can't take losing and should be banned for saying that to you

everyone hates loosing though but i dont agree with being nasty and bullying sum1 just because they are to good fro you

being honest i don't bother losing i think its just a game and anyways i lose alot

i would worry about it some people really cant take losing so they have to find something to shout or take the mick about

Although if your on half as much as me, then you probley are sad despite your age!
