I got a 360 for xmas and im very impressed, games, music, videos, pictures. Anything really. Xbox Live is amazing and basically every game has online capabilities. My fav game is Saints Row but Fight Night and the NBA games arent far behind. I am not impressed with PES6 compared to the PS2 version though.



Tread, thats not right GTA: San Andreas came out on xbox about a year and a half after it was out on ps2.

That game bored me to tears. Oh look i have a robot, whoop.
Played on the 360 quite a bit. I don't really like it.
A couple of people I know have Ps3's. One of them is broken already. Made me giggle that.

I want F1 for PS3 sooo bad, would help if i had one...

i recommend resistance fall of man simple a enjoyable game from start to finish as for need for speed carbon i can't see no real difference between to ps2 version and the ps3 version.

Got Resistance and F1, both very good games and great online.

Due to the high prices of all consoles that are coming out i've gone back to buying the old games for old consoles

Bought mortal combat 2 for the mega drive for a fiver, and managed to get Zelda for the NES for just 10 quid! Was rather chuffed with that one

These games will be worth more than the newer ones in the future, provided they work. The best games for the 1st consoles. Think of the rarity, everyone else will have played them to death so they wont work..where I have kept them all stored away mwhahaha I shall take over the world with this money! and own both sony and microsoft and get free consoles! mwhahahaha

Personal favourite is Destruction Derby for the ps1, i love it!

Streets of Rage II on the Mega Drive is probs my fave old one

Either that or the original Super Mario Bros on the Nintento.

Being able to play these on the new consoles simply isn't the same. So to try and get back to what the thread's about...I don't think it's worth getting as you simply can't beat the perfect simplicity of the old classics.

my favorite game has to be grand theft auto san andreas but i agree with squeezy it's best keeping old games because of in the future they will be worth alot more money.

Ye f1 is bad on the ps3 mr_mcquiston i seen the videos on it , the graphics are tooo good to be true lol! although its gonna cost alot of money!

I have a PS3 and the F1 game is great. The online play is amazing. Price a bit hefty I admit but I'd buy a PS3 over a 360 any day.

is anyone thinking of getting The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion ?
