i have to say when i read that ^ i was thinking that it was a bit stereotypical as people can be goths whether they do that or not...just so happens most "goths" do these things...

and no im not a goth lol

goth bands range from souixsie and the banshees (the original queen of goth)
The Cure, and to modern day as shock rocker marilyn manson..........
Goths wear black, have pale expressions with black make up or purple and are generally miserable looking (not that they are, its just the image)
they wear skull rings and like spiders snakes and other creatures that are in the 'phobia catchment' generally.
Goth is a genre of rock......i dont mind it but its not my 1st choice (the GF will kill me 4 that lol)

Would be interesting to know if anyone here could name 5 goth metal/rock bands, plus 5 gothic metal bands (no, they are not the same thing). Industrial (NIN, Pitchshifter, Skrew, Manson etc.) doesn't count, 'cause that's rubbish.

This is open to goths and normal people alike. Go!
