Here is a great little addon (for windows, sorry linux/mac users) to help make sure your pages are Firefox compatible.

FF doesn't handle non-standard filenames, and insists the whole thing, including extensions, is lower case.

human nature makes us capitalise things, especially names, so this lets you convert filenames with ease..
