There should be a feature added, that when someone joins a table and hits the rack, and the person who was there waiting just sits there and does nothing, after a minute or so they are booted from the room for inactivity.

I join games constantly and have to jump from room to room because either the person at the table is not paying attention or maybe they don't like my rank or something.

I think they should be booted if they let the table sit idle.

But if they don't want to play then surely, they don't have to

They should be forced to lose the game if they are going to be that picky. Otherwise create a private room.

I suggested a while ago that, once someone enters a room, if neither person leaves after 30 seconds, the game auto-starts.

Maybe now you will see what i meant

once again its there game there rules they dont half to play u not there fault if ur rank is to low if u dont like it then dont play and its hard findin people to play in a private game u 1st av to find a ok rank to play then if they only play 1 or 2 games u gotta go find another person

How is this for a compromise?

The game auto starts or you get booted or something....BUT

When you create the room you can filter out those ranks that you don't want to play. If you don't want anyone under 700, that is okay...but when someone 701 comes in, you have to play. You can even put an upper limit on the ranks as well.

This is a better idea then letting someone sit and a room and have to sit there and not know whether you are "worthy" of them or not.

No, playing whoever you want to doesn't work. It seems you guys just sit and the room and say nothing and the rest of us are waiting to play.

The game needs to auto start.

And what about players with a high standered of play not wanting to play someone of a lesser ability?

well not my/whoevers fault ur rank is 2 low if u dont like the way the game is dont play

either tht or both get sent to the chat rooms

This could be done in conjunction with the over 700 750 800 etc room! Only way it will work!

That is what I have offered.

This site is financed by advertising. Those of us with a little maturity and money will not stick around forever if we are constantly joining rooms and sitting there for no reason. If only 13 year old British teenagers were catered to, the who would pay for the site to be run?

So since those of us who actually have the ability to patronize the advertisers are annoyed with this aspect of the game, it is a compelling reason to make a change.

This is a very simple problem to solve as suggested above. While in game, idle out after 60seconds, the key however, is that yo idle out to the chat room.
So well done to the creator of this idea, a simple solution to a significant problem.

Thats silly, we had this whole debate before introducing the rack-balls button which of course one out. Sometimes I get distracted I shouldn't lose the game and 6 points to the novice who joined my pro game while I wasn't looking
