Felt kill bill 2 was missing something.

I loved both the Kill Bill films. The burial sequence was simply amazing.

Recently watched Evan Almighty - awesome as expected. Better actually. Great film much better than Bruce Almighty.

Also Shutter - great japanese thriller, and Hostel 2, a nice old fashioned twisted flick.

However the two i reccomend most highly reccomend are Knocked Up, an absolutley amazing comedy, and Sicko, Michael Moore's new film.

Its Steve Carell, reprising the role of Evan Baxter (the scene stealing character from Bruce Almighty)

Carell is on such a roll now, everything he's done recently has been awesome. Comedy actor of the noughties bar none.

Shrek 3 is pretty groovy Better than the 2nd one but not as good as the 1st.

Dead Silence is a cracking old style creepy horror i highly reccomend. Big Nothing, with Simon Pegg and David Schwimmer is a great black comedy which is all to rare these days.

However, i have a feeling we are all gonna be raving about this next year...

I think those films are great. Its the realism of the situation (not necessarily that actual story) that makes TCM and other in its mould so good.

Actually, "good" is a strangle word. But i believe not to have watched those kinds of films and understand where they come from is imporant in realising just what kind of sad people there are in the world..
