More *global* moderators?

Hey all.
Sorry for the ongoing rant before i continue...
I reckon we need more Moderators and Admin around the world because of time zone differences.
I've looked into it, and most seem to be from the United Kingdom and Ireland.
There is ONE from Australia, poor him because there are no other moderators or admin close to his countries time zone. I recommend the following:
5 - U.K
4 - U.S
3 - Aus
3 - For mainland Europe and Middle East.
Anyones thoughts? these numbers are just an example.

The actual location of the mods is irrelevant, only whether or not they provide adequate coverag throughout the day (and night). I've never had a complaint with how the site is currently moderated, but if bringing in more 'globabl' moderators improves the site, then I'm all for it.

Now and again im on late night around 2-4am and its always very quiet so don't think its a major problem but it would be handy to have someone on at that time constantly.

As far as I understand it (and stop me if I'm wrong):
The 'UK' is Wales, England and Scotland.
'Great Britain' is Wales, N Ireland, Scotland & England
The Republic of Ireland is a completely separate third world country...eh, sorry..completely separate European Nation.
The Geographical British Isles comprises Wales, England, Scotland, and Ireland but that grouping is in no way political.
So...we all live on the British Isles, Four of the 'British Isle' nations (geographical term) have one government, and the other (Eire) is independent.
And to summarise...we need more Australian, Kiwi and American mods
