As i stated on my first post on this thread, if we had moderators more spread around the world, the time zones would also be spread over which would mean staff on very late. (for UK)

The recruiting process exists for very good reason. If a user is an insomniac from timbuk2 and they can't pass the requirements etc. unfortunately they're no good.

I think at this point we have as many mod's as are available to us through the appropriate means.

Personally i think it's fine the way it is! I think there could be more on in the mornings but otherwise i seem to be able to control the little scallys!

I think people are again forgetting that just because a mod isn't online in the game doesn't mean they're not on the site working for all our benefits..

Modding the chat is only a tiny bit of what the mods have to do...

However actually logging into the game itself acts as a dettterent even if you are not looking at the screen for a few moments, any users should PM moderators who are away from the screen about problems within chat.
