Hey morning all hope you had a nice christmas! Got an i-pod nano (blue) got it working but......... I don't know how to transfer files from my documents/my music to the iTunes libary, any ideas would be much appreciated!

I dunno, i used ephpod with my ipod but you could always try drag and drop?

With IPod I believe you have to use special software to convert and copy the file. Install it from the CD.

My iPod nano screen has frozen, tried resetting it, but no joy, just stays frozen. Any ideas?

Send it back and get a decent MP3 player!

Did you not have any software installed with it that can fix it via your computer when linked to your iPod?

If you still have your installation disk that came with the product you can always check. I know some MP3 players have software (device manager) that is installed which can be used to troubleshoot, fix or reset but unsure about nanos.

It won't even show up as being connected to the computer, no matter which USB port I use, so I don't think there's any point in restarting or reinstalling anything, as the device won't show. I think it's well and truely crackered!

Thanks for your help though, think I'm gonna have to try and change it, just hoping the mothing in-law has kept the receipt, or I don't know what I'm goona do. I don't think you can get an exchange unless you have proof of purchase!?

no you cant lol. get a cheap one on ebay if you have no receipt lol jokes are you luch have you got the receipt.

does it turn on at all ? if not then i had the same problem and i sent the ipod away to apple and they said there was nothing wrong but i eventually found out it was the usb cable and not the ipod itself so i got one of my mate
