bass-hunter, all you have to do is send the chat log to admin, then they can sort it from there, mods can't be online at all times and this is a part of funkypool that we all have to endure! I think maybe you should edit this if you choose not to then admin/mod will and then they will say the same as me!

I will not if its that bad they will do it.
Explaine how the chat log works??

1. it just records that person.
2. it records all the people that have spoke in the chat room. (wasteing moderator/admins time)

what would be the point in just sending it againest 1 person? they all was being racist and swearing so they all should have the rap...

When you see bad behaviour in a chat room and no mods are present, press the 'send complaint' button to the right of the screen. This sends the chat log to admin (as 1_eye advised). Admin can then check what was said by all four of the users concerned.

This button also applies to game rooms, and another complaint button is situated on the PM windows.

Thanks for your fast-thinking bass_hunter, and you acted in the interests of the site. The complaint button is best for this problem from now on.

tricky_boy, why should all the people in the chat room have to wait for the admins to read the mail? it says it would take 1 to 3 days just to read it alone to come around to it. so your telling me that all the poeple that was in the chat room has to log off/watch what they are saying before anything can be done. I know you can put them on ignore but just seeing they're name in the chatt room is wrong somthing has to be done right way. think about the kids!
what uif they're mother or father seen that they would have somthing to say wouldnt they?? so all that is going on nick and giving him the bad name not the people that was swearing and being racist

sorry martin but my post there is very true and some thing needs to be done about it. i know its not possible for the mods and admins to be online all day and night but some how the members of this site must have some power over them. it would be more of a safer site for people!

If you look back bass_hunter this has been talked about in length and we know you mean well but there isnt alot that can be done if a mod ain't online. At the end of the day if ppl are really that i find the best thing to do is ignore them or move room!

i didnt see the point in sending a complaint againest 1 person as martin pointed out for me that it records all the spoken ones. Ill remember that if it happends again. sorry for any problems caused

Your not listening bass_hunter! If you send the chat log they can see the whole of it and all that have spoken, then admin can act on it! It may say you need to put a name so you choose one and send the chat log!

Hope this makes sense as i have had a few whiskies
