Right, I'm presuming I got it right so I'm taking my go! All thew clues seems to point to it... so, here we go.

Video features a lot of males on bicycles. They're all wearing glasses and they all have the same haircut as the lead singer, who is also wearing glasses (although he doesn't normally, I don't believe). The occasional poster of Oscar Wilde and some other guy I can't recognise can be seen.

Clue maybe tonight, definitely tomorow, and if in 24 hours (give or take) no-one's got it I'll put you all out of your misery.

Clue: Video was made in 1986, although it wasn't released as a single until 1992.
