Im sure alot of ppl know better ways but everyone keeps asking me so here it is:

Go to paint, to find this go to start click it, go to all programs then to accessories and paint is on that tab.

When on paint click file and open, click the file that ur pic is in and it will appear on screen. Go to image and then to stretch, from there you can decrease the size, i done mine to 50% and that worked, dunno if it will for you!

If you have any other questions just ask, im sorry if this does't work, if it does't spinner or someone with a bit of pc knowledge will have to help as im poo!

Ok...better one if you have the software:

Photoshop 7.0: get ur image, type in 120 length by 160 height ppi, then crop the image. the crop should be the size put in.

Once it's cropped save it as a JPEG. set quality to low.

That's how i done mine.

ill try it in photoshop 6 as soon as i can be bothered then lol
